摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the components and impurities of by-product C5-C9+ fractions from methanol to olefins/methanol to propylene(MTO/MTP)process were analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that the MTO fraction is mainly C5-C7 hydrocarbons,which are mainly mon-olefins,while the MTP fraction is mainly benzene,n-hexane and hexadiene.The by-product C5-C9+fractions of MTO/MTP contain a large amount of oxygen compounds and chlorine compounds,far exceeding the tolerance range of conventional hydrogenation catalysts.BY-6M catalyst was prepared with Ti modified composite oxide support and used for hydrogenation of by-product C5-C9+ fractions from MTO/MTP.Under conventional hydrogenation evaluation conditions,it can achieve no detection of dienes in the product,with little change in monoolefin content,and stable operation for 1 000 h,meeting industrial application standards.
