摘要

Abstract

The effects of process conditions on the hydrogenation-extraction of straight run diesel were investigated in a medium-sized fixed bed continuous hydrogenation device,and the appropriate process conditions were determined.The research results indicate that in order to meet the requirement of less than 100 μg/g of S and N contents in the extraction feed and to reduce the deep saturation of aromatic hydrocarbons into cycloalkanes,the optimal process conditions are reaction temperature 360-380 ℃,hydrogen partial pressure about 3.2 MPa,volume space velocity 1.0-2.0 h-1,and volume ratio of hydrogen(standard state)to oil 200-300.
