摘要
Abstract
Maleic anhydride/hexene crosslinked copolymer microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization.The composition,morphologies,particle size and properties of the microspheres were studied by means of FTIR,TG and SEM,and the effects of polymerization conditions on the morphology and particle size and size distribution of the microspheres were investigated.The experimental results show that the yield of polymerization increases with the increase of reaction time,raw material concentration and crosslinker amount,and first increases and then decreases with the increase of polymerization temperature.The microsphere morphology and size are less affected by temperature,and mainly depended on the reaction time,raw material concentration and crosslinker amount.By adjusting the reaction conditions,the monodisperse maleic anhydride/hexene crosslinked copolymer microspheres with particle size of about 1 μm,particle size distribution index of less than 1.01 can be obtained.关键词
