An improved viscosity model for heavy oil-in-water emulsion
摘要
Abstract
This study proposes an improved model for viscosity prediction based on the existing mixing viscosity model of oil-in-water emulsion,using a combination method of experiments and numerical analysis.The effects of oil content,temperature,shear rate,surfactant type and concentration on viscosity of heavy oil-in-water emulsion are taken into account by the improved model.The results show that the improved model has higher computational accuracy compared to the original Rönningsen model and Al-Roomi model,and can achieve more accurate prediction of the actual viscosity of heavy oil-in-water emulsion.关键词
