基于"内燥阴伤"探讨滋燥养荣汤改善EGFRIs相关皮肤干燥的理论探讨
To explore the theoretical framework of Zizao Yangrong Decoction in improving EGFRIs-related xerosis based on"endogenous dryness injuries yin"
摘要
Abstract
Xerosis which belongs to"endogenous dryness"is one of major adverse events in ending of those patients who take EGFRIs for non-small cell lung cancer.Zizao Yangrong Decoction that is an ancient prescription used for chapping skin and tendon dryness,it can improve EGFRIs-related xerosis by nourishing yin and blood,moistening dryness and relieving itching.Under the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"endogenous dryness injuries yin",the essence"dryness"of EGFRIs-related xerosis was regarded as the anchor,the ending skin of EGFRIs is"skin aging"which was taken as appearance,the modern pharmacology research of Zizao Yangrong Decoction was used for support.In end,the theoretical framework of Zizao Yangrong Decoction for improving EGFRIs-related xerosis was established for guiding syndrome differentiation.关键词
