摘要

Abstract

Based on the operation data of industrial unit,the thermal cracking process of low-carbon gas hydrocarbons in fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit was analyzed.The test results show that the content of n-butane is 2.5-4.0 times that of isobutene.Low-carbon gas hydrocarbon is about 4.67%of the feed at the initial stage of operation.As the reaction temperature increases,the content of low-carbon gas hydrocarbons also increases,and the methane content at the end of the plant operation is about 2 times of that at the beginning.
