摘要
Abstract
Ethylene oxide(EO)and propylene oxide(PO)are important organic chemical intermediates.Utilizing renewable electrical energy as a driving force to synthesize epoxy compounds through olefin epoxidation can achieve the production of high-purity,highly selective epoxy compounds,while reducing CO2 emissions and saving energy.The electrosynthesis pathways of EO mainly include direct oxidation in solid-state electrolytic cell and indirect oxidation with halogen mediation;For PO,the electrosynthesis pathways mainly include direct epoxidation with H2O2 and direct epoxidation with oxygen-active intermediates generated by H2O electrolysis.This paper introduces the current research progress on electrochemical synthesis of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide,and the indirect oxidation method and direct oxidation method for synthesizing epoxy compounds are emphasized.The application prospects of electrochemical synthesis of EO and PO are prospected.关键词
