针灸星状神经节治疗失眠的机制研究
Study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion of stellate ganglion in the treatment of insomnia
摘要
Abstract
To explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia with stellate ganglion as the main acupuncture site.The nervous system,endocrine system,immune system and the center that regulates sleep-awakening play a role in excessive awakening and cause insomnia.Acupuncture of stellate ganglion can reduce the tension of sympathetic nerve,restore the balance of autonomic nervous system,regulate endocrine and immune system,and restore the integrated function of brain region as a whole.It is suggested that stellate ganglion can be used as an effective acupuncture site in addition to routine acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of insomnia.关键词
