Changes of VASH-1,Sirt1 and TXB2 levels in type 2 diabetic nephropathy and their relationship with albuminuria progression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of the levels of vascular endothelial growth inhibitor 1(VASH-1),serum silence-message regulator 1(Sirt1)and thromboxin-B2(TXB2)in type 2 diabetic nephropathy and their rela-tionship with albuminuria progression.Methods:A total of 198 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy who re-ceived treatment were included in the study group,and 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the control group.The patients were followed up,the levels of VASH-1,Sirt1 and TXB2 in patients were detected and recorded,and the relationship between the levels of VASH-1,Sirt1 and TXB2 and the progression of albuminuria in patients was analyzed according to whether the patients developed albuminuria.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of VASH-1 and Sirt1 in the study group were decreased,and the levels of TXB2 were increased(all P＜0.05).Compared with the progressive group,the levels of VASH-1 and Sirt1 in the maintenance group were increased,and the levels of TXB2 were decreased(all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FPG,2 hPG,FINS,HbA1c and HOMA-IR between the progressive group and the maintenance group(all P＞0.05).With the progression of albuminuria in the study group as the dependent variable and the levels of VASH-1,Sirt1,TXB2 and HOMA-IR of the patients as the independent variables,multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum levels of VASH-1,Sirt1,and TXB2 would have an impact on the progression of albuminuria in the patients(all P＜0.05).ROC curve was used to investigate the predictive value of serum VASH-1,Sirt1 and TXB2 albuminuria pro-gression in diabetic nephropathy patients,and the AUC values were 0.943,0.758 and 0.894,respectively(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The levels of VASH-1 and Sirt1 decreased and the levels of TXB2 increased in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.The changes of VASH-1 and SIRT1 were correlated with the progression of albuminuria,which had certain predictive value for the progression of albuminuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.关键词
