Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process and molding process of Qiangshen Sanjin gran-ules through orthogonal experiments.Methods The water addition ratio,soaking time,extraction time,and ex-traction frequency were used as evaluation factors,and dry cream rate was used as evaluation indicators.The or-thogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the preparation methods of dry cream.On the basis of the opti-mal extraction process,the density of the drug solution,the ratio of drug solution to excipients,and the concen-tration of ethanol were evaluated.The molding rate and moisture absorption rate were used as evaluation indica-tors,and the optimal molding process was optimized through orthogonal experiments.Results When the extrac-tion condition with 12 times of water ratio,1 hour of soak,1.5 hours of extraction time,and 3 times of extrac-tion,the dry paste rate was highest.When the molding process with1.28~1.30g/mL of the drug solution,1∶2 of the ratio between drug solution and mixed excipients,and 85%of the ethanol concentration,the particle forming rate was higher and the moisture absorption rate was lower.Conclusion The extraction process and molding process optimized by orthogonal experiments are scientific and reasonable,and the quality of the pre-pared particles is stable,which is worthy of industrial production.关键词
