Optimization of Extraction Process of Cyclocarya Paliurus by Box-Behnken Response Surface Methodology Combined with Multiple Index Comprehensive Scoring

Abstract
Objective Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Cyclocarya paliurus using the extraction of total flavonoids,total triterpenes and total polysaccharides as indicators.Methods Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process on the basis of single factor experiment,with ethanol volume fraction,material-liquid ratio,extraction time and temperature as influencing factors,extraction rates of total flavonoids,total triterpenes,total polysaccharides and comprehensive scores obtained from total amount of three components as evaluation indexes.Results The best extraction process of C.paliurus was obtained by single factor test combined with Box-Behnken response surface methodology:ethanol volume fraction was 45%,material-iquid ratio was 1∶30,extraction time was 100 min,temperature was 60℃,extraction times was 3 times.The validation experiment proves that the process parameter was accurate and reliable.Conclusion Box-Behnken response surface method combined with multi-index com-prehensive scoring method can be used to optimize the extraction process of C.paliurus.The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible,and can lay a foundation for rational utilization and resource development of C.paliurus.关键词
