Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of DCE-MRI combined with molybdenum target X-ray in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant small breast nodules with diameter ≤ 2 cm.Methods 92 patients with small breast nodules with diameter ≤ 2 cm(92 lesions)underwent DCE-MRI and molybdenum target X-ray examinations.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the differential diagnosis efficacy of DCE-MRI,molybdenum target X-ray and their combination for benign and malignant small breast nodules with diameter ≤ 2 cm.Results The results of pathological diagnosis showed that there were 28 cases of malignant nodules and 64 cases of benign nodules in 92 cases of small breast nodules.The sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of DCE-MRI combined with molybdenum target X-ray in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant small breast nodules with diameter ≤ 2 cm were higher than those of single diagnosis(P＜0.05).Conclusions DCE-MRI combined with molybdenum target X-ray has high efficacy in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant small breast nodules with diameter ≤ 2 cm.关键词
