经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维容积成像技术诊断子宫内膜病变的临床研究OA

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDU)联合三维容积成像技术(3DVI)诊断子宫内膜病变的价值.方法 80例疑似子宫内膜病变患者均行TVCDU和3DVI检查,以病理诊断结果为"金标准",分析TVCDU、3DVI单独以及联合检查对子宫内膜病变的诊断效能和一致性.结果 80例疑似患者经病理检查确诊良性病变53例,恶性病变27例.TVCDU联合3DVI诊断子宫内膜病变的灵敏度及准确度均高于TVCDU、3DVI(P＜0.05).Kappa检验显示,T…查看全部>>
