摘要

Abstract

Objective To design and prepare kaempferol microporous osmotic pump tablets.Methods The kaempferol microporous osmotic pump tablet were prepared using lactose and sodium chloride as penetra-tion enhancers,diethyl phthalate and cellulose acetate as membrane forming materials,and polyethylene glycol PEG 400 as pore forming agent.Results When the dosage of sodium chloride in the core was 15.0%,lactose was 30.0%,coating weight gain was 4.0%of the core,and the dosage of pore forming agent PEG 400 was 40.0%,the drug release rate was optimal,and the cumulative release rate after 12 hours reached over 85%.Conclusion The preparation process of the kaempferol microporous osmotic pump tablets was simple and had good reproducibility.The prepared kaempferol microporous osmotic pump tablets could achieve the expected controlled release effect.
