摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafting on wound healing,pain degree and inflammatory indicators of patients with critical bum.Methods 70 patients with critical burn were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with tangential excision and skin grafting,and the observation group was treated with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafting.The wound healing,pain degree and inflammatory indicator levels were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and granulation growth time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC at 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafting in the treatment of patients with critical bum can significantly reduce the postoperative pain degree,improve the body's inflammatory response,and promote wound healing.
