Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of selective decompression of interlaminar approach and selective decompression of lateral approach under intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 108 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were divided into the study group and the control group according to different surgical methods.The study group was treated with selective decompression of interlaminar approach under intervertebral foramen,and the control group was treated with selective decompression of lateral approach under intervertebral foramen.The surgical indicators,pain degree and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the ODI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with selective decompression of lateral approach under intervertebral foramen,selective decompression of interlaminar approach under intervertebral foramen is more effective in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,which can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss amount,shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the lumbar function of patients.关键词
