摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of dual-source spiral CT dynamic enhanced scan of the small intestine for inflammatory bowel diseases. Methods Sixty patients with suspected inflammatory bowel diseases underwent dual-source spiral CT dynamic enhanced scan of the small intestine. The pathological diagnosis results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficacies of dual-source spiral CT dynamic enhanced scan of the small intestine for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. The imaging features of the two inflammatory bowel diseases were compared. Results The results of pathological examination showed that 52 of 60 patients with suspected inflammatory bowel diseases were diagnosed as inflammatory bowel diseases, including 36 cases of Crohn's disease and 16 cases of ulcerative colitis. The sensitivity of dual-source spiral CT dynamic enhanced scan of the small intestine in the diagnosis of Crohn's disease was 94.44%(34/36),the specificity was 87.50%(21/24),and the accuracy was 91.67%(55/60);The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis were 93.75%(15/16),95.45%(42/44)and 95.00%(57/60),respectively.The proportions of intestinal stenosis and multi-segmental lesions in Crohn's disease were higher than those in ulcerative colitis(P<0.05).Conclusions Dual-source spiral CT dynamic enhanced scan of the small intestine has high diagnostic value for inflammatory bowel diseases.According to the imaging features,Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis can be effectively identified.关键词
