Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods 104 patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group was treated with goniosynechialysis on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the intraocular pressure level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the best corrected visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract can effectively control intraocular pressure,improve visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
