Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of laparoscopic hysterectomy and open hysterectomy in the treatment of early endometrial cancer.Methods 82 patients with early endometrial cancer were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The traditional group was treated with open hysterectomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,bladder filling time,time for urine output to return to normal and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the traditional group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the traditional group(P＜0.05).After surgery,the maximum detrusor pressure and average urinary flow rate of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the residual urine volume was less than that of the traditional group(P＜0.05).The incidence of surgical complications of the observation group was 2.38％,lower than 20.00％ of the traditional group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer can significantly improve clinical indicators and urinary function,and has high surgical safety.关键词
