Abstract
Objective To explore the findings and clinical value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods CT and MRI were performed in 80 patients with suspected acute pancreatitis.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard to compare the consistencies of CT and MRI with surgical pathology,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were compared.Results Among 80 patients with suspected acute pancreatitis,72 cases were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis by surgical pathological examination,with the detection rate of 90.0％.Kappa test showed that the results of CT examination were generally consistent with the results of surgical pathological examination(Kappa value=0.659,P＜0.05),and the results of MRI examination were highly consistent with the results of surgical pathological examination(Kappa value=0.913,P＜0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were higher than those of CT(P＜0.05).Conclusions Both CT and MRI have certain value in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,but MRI has higher diagnostic efficiency and can provide data reference for the formulation and improvement of early treatment plans.关键词
