Preparation and Properties of Functionalized Nanocellulose PLA/PBS Composite Films

Abstract
In this study,polylactic acid(PLA)and polybutylene succinate(PBS)were selected as polymer substrates,and PLA/PBS films were prepared by solution casting method.Using silver nitrate as raw material and sodium citrate as green reducing agent,silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)were prepared by liquid phase reduction method.TEM,UV-Vis,and XRD were used to prove that AgNPs were successfully complexed in cellulose nanofibers(CNF).surface.The CNF@AgNPs film was obtained by suction filtration,which was used as the"sandwich layer",and the PLA/PBS film was the"outer layer".A PLA/PBS/CNF@AgNPs composite film with a"sandwich"structure was prepared using hot pressing molding technology.The results show that the composite film has excellent mechanical properties,crystallization properties and barrier properties.Among them,the tensile strength of PLA/PBS/CNF@AgNPs(80/20/10)film is 84.26%higher than that of PLA/PBS(80/20)film,reaching 39.69 MPa.The crystallinity increases from 1.65%to 8.84%.Water vapor and oxygen permeability coefficients are 2.8×10-10 g/(m‧s‧Pa)and 3.4 cm3/(m2‧d‧bar),respectively,which are 55.56%and 60.92%lower than PLA/PBS films.关键词
