Abstract
Objective To compare the application effects of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy with different lithotripsy methods in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods 120 patients with renal calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy were divided into two groups according to the different lithotripsy methods.Group A used"powder method"lithotripsy,and group B used"basketing method"lithotripsy.The surgical indicators,stone clearance rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the intraoperative blood loss amount and hospitalization time between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the operation time of group B was longer than that of group A(P＜0.05).One month after surgery,the stone clearance rate of group B was 91.67％,higher than 70.00％of group A(P＜0.05);No significant difference was found in stone clearance rates at 2 months and 3 months after surgery between the two groups(P＞0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions For patients with renal calculi who were treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,"basketing method"lithotripsy requires longer time than"powder method"lithotripsy,but the short-term stone clearance rate is higher.关键词
