摘要

Abstract

A microbial adsorbent was prepared using two materials,corn cob and Bacillus subtilis.Using the adsorption rate of Cr6+ in wastewater as an indicator,the effect of corn cob powder immobilized Bacillus subtilis on the adsorption of Cr6+ in wastewater was investigated under different temperature,time,dosage,and pH conditions.The optimal conditions for the adsorption of Cr6+ in wastewater by immobilized Bacillus subtilis on corn cob powder were determined through response surface methodology.The experimental results show that the immobilized Bacillus subtilis on corn cob powder has better adsorption effect on Cr6+ in wastewater at a temperature of 35℃,pH=4.7,and oscillation time of 63 minutes,with a removal rate of 89.64%.
