Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sighing cough training on improving sputum excretion of patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection.Methods 105 patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection were randomly divided into the observation group(sighing cough training)and the control group(traditional cough training).The sputum excretion effect,pain degree and cooperation degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS scores of 1 d,4 d and 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the cooperation degree of sputum excretion was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Sighing cough training can significantly improve the postoperative sputum excretion effect of patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection,reduce their pain degree of sputum excretion,and has high cooperation degree of patients.关键词
