Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)through transrenal superior calyx approach for the treatment of complex lower renal caliceal stones.Methods A total of 90 patients with complex lower renal caliceal stones who underwent PCNL treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(transrenal superior calyx approach)and the control group(transrenal inferior calyx approach)according to different puncture approaches.The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The stone clearance rate in the observation group was 86.67％,higher than 60.00％ in the control group(P＜0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the decreased level of Hb was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67％,lower than 31.11％ in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions PCNL through transrenal superior calyx approach in the treatment of complex lower renal caliceal stones can improve the stone clearance rate,shorten the operation time,and has high treatment safety.关键词
