Abstract
Nanocellulose(CNF)/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)composite foams were prepared by particle leaching method combined with non-solvent-induced phase separation and their acoustic absorption properties were investigated.The contact angle test results showed that the composite foam was hydrophobic with a water contact angle of 128º.The combustion test showed that the UL 94 flame retardant rating was FH-1,and it burned without dripping and self-extinguished off the fire.When the mass ratio of leached particles to matrix for the preparation of PVDF foam was 9∶1,it had the optimal bubble structure and acoustic absorption performance.With a filler amount of CNF of 1.0%(wt),the average acoustic absorption coefficient of the composite foam reached 0.73.Mechanical tests showed that CNF fillers improved the stiffness and strength of the composite foams,and the compressive stresses of the composite foams were all greater than 0.2 MPa.Due to the interfacial damping effect between CNF and PVDF,the first absorption peak of the curve of the acoustic absorption coefficient of the composite foam shifted to the left,which indicated that the acoustic absorption performance of the composite foam in the low and middle frequency bands had been improved.CNF was used as a filler to improve the acoustic and mechanical properties of the composite foam.This paper shows that CNF/PVDF composite foam has hydrophobicity,flame retardancy,good mechanical properties and acoustic performance as acoustic building material,which provides valuable theoretical and scientific significance for its commercial application.关键词
