Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of multimodal ultrasound parameters in distinguishing the nature of breast lesions.Methods 70 patients with breast lesions underwent multimodal ultrasound examination to analyze the value of ultrasound parameters in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions.Results Multimodal ultrasound examination showed 23 cases(32.85％)of malignant lesions,with the accuracy of 95.83％(67/70).The Vmax,Vmean,VTI score,Emin,Emax,and PI of the malignant lesion group were higher than those of the benign lesion group(P＜0.05).The A UC of combined detection of Vmax,Vmean VTI score,Emin,Emax and PI in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions was higher than that of individual detection of each parameter(P＜0.05).Conclusions Multimodal ultrasound parameters have high value in distinguishing benign and malignant breast lesions,and the combined detection of various parameters can improve the diagnostic accuracy of malignant breast lesions.关键词
