苏桔口服液配合小儿清热利肺口服液治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽的临床效果观察
Observation on the Clinical Effect of Sujie Oral Liquid Combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Children with Phlegm-Heat Type Cough

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with phlegm-heat type cough.Methods A total of 80 children with phlegm-heat type cough admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with procaterol oral liquid combined with suspension atomization of compound ipratropium bromide for inhalation and budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid.The clinical efficacy and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with phlegm-heat type cough has significant effect,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
