Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA199,AFP and CEA for ovarian cancer.Methods 40 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the malignant group,48 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the benign group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CA125,CA199,AFP and CEA in the three groups were compared,and the ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of CA125,CA199,AFP and CEA for ovarian cancer.Results The levels of serum CA125,CA199,AFP and CEA in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group and the control group,and the levels of the above indicators in the benign group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).ROC curve showed that the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection for ovarian cancer was better than that of single detection of each index.Conclusions The combined detection of serum CA125,CA1 99,AFP and CEA has high value in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
