Abstract
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 100 patients with T2DM were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of FBG,TG and HbA1c were compared between the two groups.The independent risk factors of T2DM were discussed,and the value of FBG,TG and HbA1c in the diagnosis of T2DM was analyzed.Results The levels of FBG,TG and HbA1c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that FBG,TG and HbA1c were independent risk factors for the occurrence of T2DM(P＜0.05).The A UC of combined detection of FBG,TG and HbA1c in the diagnosis of T2DM was higher than that of single detection of FBG,TG and HbA1c(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of FBG,TG and HbA1c has high efficiency in the diagnosis of T2DM.关键词
