Abstract
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and to analyze the related influencing factors of nutritional status.Methods 195 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and divided into the normal nutrition group and the malnutrition group according to SGA score.The general data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of patients'nutritional status were analyzed.Results Among 195 patients with maintenance hemodialysis,there were 81 cases of malnutrition(41.54％)and 114 cases of normal nutrition(58.46％).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,dialysis age,dialysis frequency,complication of diabetes mellitus and serum albumin level were the influencing factors of nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients(P＜0.05).Conclusions The incidence of malnutrition in patients with maintenance hemodialysis is high.Age,dialysis age,dialysis frequency,complication of diabetes mellitus and serum albumin level are the influencing factors of nutritional status in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.关键词
