Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of bisoprolol combined with amiodarone on symptom improvement and adverse reactions of patients with refractory ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 100 patients with refractory ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with bisoprolol combined with amiodarone.The therapeutic effects,electrocardiogram indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.0％,higher than 86.0％ in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of premature ventricular contractions and the number of short ventricular tachycardia in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 8.0％,lower than 24.0％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Bisoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of refractory ventricular arrhythmia can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse drug reactions.关键词
