Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongtian oral liquid combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of migraine.Methods 50 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with carbamazepine,and the observation group was treated with Tongtian oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,headache control and cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the headache attack frequency,headache attack duration and headache degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of 5-HT of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of CGRP was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Tongtian oral liquid combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of migraine has significant effect,which can reduce the frequency and duration of headache attack,and reduce the headache degree.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of the expressions of 5-HT and CGRP.关键词
