性激素六项检查在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用价值分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of test of six sex hormones in the diagnosis of female infertility.Methods 63 female infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 49 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL)were detected and compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacies of six sex hormone indicators for infertility.Results The levels of E2 and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of LH,T,FSH and PRL were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of the combination of six sex hormone indicators in the diagnosis of female infertility was 0.902,higher than that of each indicator alone.Conclusions The six sex hormone indicators in female infertility patients show abnormal expression,among which,the levels of E2 and P are relatively low,and the levels of LH,T,FSH and PRL are relatively high.Test of six sex hormones has high diagnostic efficacy for female infertility.关键词
