液压挖掘机挖掘力试验研究
Experimental Study on Digging Force of Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract
The digging force is the core part of the mechanical performance of the excavator,which affects the working efficiency of the excavator and the operating feeling of the driver.Taking a certain type of excavator as the research object,a test platform for bucket digging force,bucket rod digging force and tipping moment is built,the digging force of the excavator is studied through the test,and the stability of the whole machine is analyzed.The test results show that the bucket digging force test value is 160.1 kN at the maximum speed,the design value is 165.2 kN,and the relative error is 3.09%;The test value of the stick is 218.5 kN,the design value is 226.7 kN,and the relative error is 3.62%,which is within the allowable range of error.The overturning moment of longitudinal excavation is 397.7 kN·m,and the safety factor is 3.46;The overturning moment of lateral excavation is 575.3 kN·m,and the safety factor is 2.34,all of which have relatively large safety margins.Based on the theoretical study of the influential factors to the excavation force,and compared with the test value,the effectiveness of the test method is verified.关键词
