Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of combined infusion of apheresis platelets and cryoprecipitate coagulation factors in the treatment of patients with refractory obstetric massive hemorrhage.Methods 70 patients with refractory obstetric massive hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cryoprecipitate coagulation factors infusion,and the observation group was treated with combined infusion of apheresis platelets and cryoprecipitate coagulation factors.The coagulation function,hemostatic effect and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the APTT,PT and TT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the FIB was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The average hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the effective hemostasis rate of 24 h was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combined application of apheresis platelets and cryoprecipitate coagulation factors can improve the coagulation function of patients with refractory obstetric massive hemorrhage,improve the hemostatic effect,and has less damage to the immune function of patients.关键词
