Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Hupo Powder combined with leuprorelin on prevention of recurrence after laparoscopic endometriosis(EMT)surgery.Methods 90 patients with EMT who underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprorelin sustained-release microspheres,and the observation group was treated with Hupo Powder on the basis of the control group.The hormone levels,serum indicators and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of E2,FSH,LH,CA-125 and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of E2,FSH,LH,CA-125 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.22％,lower than 15.56％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Hupo Powder combined with leuprorelin can inhibit the release of estrogen of patients with EMT,regulate endocrine and inflammatory factors,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.关键词
