Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nimodipine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin(rHU-EPO)in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with nimodipine combined with rHU-EPO on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,oxidative stress levels and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50％,higher than 67.50％ of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA,S100A8/A9 and MBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Nimodipine combined with rHU-EPO is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can relieve the neurological function damage and inhibit the oxidative stress reaction of patients.关键词
