Impact of Fast Track Surgery Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Recovery,Psychological State and Complications of Patients with Surgery of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing intervention on postoperative recovery,psychological state and complications of patients with surgery of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods 78 patients underwent surgery of varicose veins of lower extremities were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received FTS nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The postoperative recovery,adverse psychological state and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time,eating time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the HAMA score,HAMD score and the total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions FTS nursing intervention can obviously promote the postoperative recovery of patients with surgery of varicose veins of lower extremities,alleviate the adverse psychological state of patients,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
