槐杞黄颗粒联合醋酸泼尼松治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征的效果及对凝血功能、免疫功能的影响
Effect of Huaiqihuang Granules Combined with Prednisone Acetate in the Treatment of Children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome and its Influence on Coagulation Function and Immune Function

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Huaiqihuang granules combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)and its influence on coagulation function and immune function.Methods From April 2020 to April 2022,47 children diagnosed with PNS during hospitalization in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=24)and control group(n=23).The control group was treated with prednisone acetate alone,The observation group was treated with prednisone acetate combined with Huaiqihuang granules.The urinary protein/urinary creatinine ratio,platelet,total cholesterol,albumin,coagulation function(fibrinogen,D-dimer,antithrombin Ⅲ),immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG),lymphocyte subsets count index(CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,serum albumin and IgG in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the platelet,urine protein/urine creatinine ratio and fibrinogen in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol,D-dimer,antithrombin Ⅲ,IgA,IgM,CD3+,CD3+CD4+and CD4+/CD8+between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang granules combined with prednisone acetate can reduce the level of urinary protein in children with PNS in a short time,increase the level of albumin,maintain the normal level of immunoglobulin IgG,improve platelets and fibrinogen,so as to improve the hypercoagulable state of children,with higher safety.关键词
