高职农牧院校提升学生操作技能的探索

Abstract
Higher vocational agriculture and animal husbandry colleges are responsible for the important mission of cultivating advanced skilled talents.How to improve students'operational skills is a question in front of the majority of educators,and it is also a difficult problem that must be overcome.Combining the experience of Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Vocational College in cultivating high-quality skilled talents,this paper introduces in detail the cultivation of students'self-learning consciousness,the allocation of teachers,the optimization of school-enterprise cooperation,and the construction of"order"type talent training mode,hoping to provide reference for other similar colleges.关键词
