以临床护理路径为导向的院前急救在外科急腹症患者中的应用
Application of Pre-Hospital First Aid Guided by Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Surgical Acute Abdomen

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital first aid guided by clinical nursing pathway in patients with surgical acute abdomen.Methods 65 patients with surgical acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different pre-hospital first aid methods.The control group received routine pre-hospital first aid,and the study group received pre-hospital first aid guided by clinical nursing pathway.The time for medical aid and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The triage time,confirmed diagnosis time and surgery preparation time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree to pre-hospital first aid in the study group was 90.63％,significantly higher than 69.70％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Pre-hospital first aid guided by clinical nursing pathway can obviously shorten the time for medical aid of patients with surgical acute abdomen,and improve their satisfaction degree.关键词
