摘要

Abstract

In order to identify the authenticity of the sheet source and improve the efficiency and accuracy of hot melt joint defect identification,a polyethylene gas pipeline hot melt joint defect detection system was designed based on the improved ResNet34 network model.Firstly,the ResNet34 network model was improved by adding the Droupt layer and modifying the activation function,and on this basis,learning and training was conducted on the collected dataset.Secondly,the overall framework and functional modules of the system were designed with the training model as the support.Finally,based on Python language,the development of polyethylene gas pipeline hot melt joint defect detection system was completed.The test results show that the average recognition accuracy of the system for hot melt joint defects is 92.7%,and the average recognition time of each defect image does not exceed 0.6 s.The system has high recognition efficiency and accuracy,and can realize the rapid recognition of hot melt joint defects of polyethylene gas pipelines.
