Impact of Multi-Modality Exercise Mode on the Symptoms and Nutritional Status of Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-modality exercise mode in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with NSCLC who received radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine radiotherapy nursing,and the observation group received intervention of multi-modality exercise mode on the basis of the control group.The scores of radiotherapy symptoms and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of pain,fatigue,nausea and sleep disturbance,and the PG-SGA score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Multi-modality exercise mode can relieve the burden of radiotherapy symptoms and improve the nutritional status of patients with NSCLC undergoing radiotherapy.关键词
