Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of different position nursing frequency in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with hip replacement diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given different position nursing frequency intervention on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)],stress response indexes[epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)],surgical field exposure satisfaction,sleep quality score,incidence of adverse reactions,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of PT,TT,FIB,E and NE in the two groups after operation were higher than those before operation,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of surgical field exposure in the observation group was 97.83％,which was higher than 86.96％in the control group(P＜0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52％,which was lower than 15.22％in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.70％,which was lower than 17.39％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Different position nursing frequency has a good nursing effect in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,which can prevent complications,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce the adverse stress response,reduce the impact on coagulation function,improve the satisfaction of surgical field exposure,and improve the postoperative sleep quality of patients.It plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
