Related Research on Cardiovascular Disease Combined with Frailty
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the prevalence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in China has continued to rise.Frailty syndrome is an elderly syndrome that characterized by the decline of various age-related systemic reserve functions and the decline of stress recovery ability.Frailty is an important predictor of adverse clinical events and outcomes in patients with cardiovascular disease.This article reviews the definition of frailty,the relationship between frailty and cardiovascular disease,the assessment tools for frailty combined with cardiovascular disease,and related intervention measures,in order to strengthen the cognition of cardiovascular clinicians and provide theoretical support for early identification,management and intervention of frailty in CVD patients.关键词
