前瞻性护理在新生儿窒息复苏中的应用效果
Application Effect of Prospective Nursing in Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing in neonatal asphyxia resuscitation.Methods A total of 300 neonates with asphyxia resuscitation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given prospective nursing.The hospitalization time,incidence of complications and neurobehavioral function were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of behavioral ability,passive muscle tension,active muscle tension,primitive reflex and general assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Prospective nursing can shorten the hospitalization time of neonates during asphyxia resuscitation,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the neurobehavioral function of neonates.关键词
