低血糖恐惧感对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of hypoglycemia fear on blood glucose control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into four groups according to the degree of hypoglycemia fear.The baseline data and the blood glucose control effect after 3 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the impact of hypoglycemia fear on blood glucose control effect.Results No statistical difference was found in the baseline data among the four groups(P＞0.05).The blood glucose control effect of the four groups had statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);With the aggravation of patients'hypoglycemia fear,the blood glucose control effects deteriorated.Logistic regression analysis showed that hypoglycemia fear was the influencing factor of blood glucose control effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(OR＞1,P＜0.05).Conclusions Hypoglycemia fear will affect the blood glucose control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The more severe the hypoglycemia fear,the worse the blood glucose control effect.关键词
