英德市婴幼儿食物过敏及家长认知水平的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Infant and Toddler's Food Allergy and Parents'Cognitive Level in Yingde City

Abstract
Objective To analyze the common allergens of infant and toddler's food allergy and parents'cognitive level in Yingde city.Methods 400 infants and toddlers with food allergy aged 0~6 years were divided into infant group(>0~1 years old,n=195),young child group(>1~3 years old,n=110)and preschool group(>3~6 years old,n=95)according to age.The types of allergic foods in each group were compared,and parents'cognitive level to infant and toddler's food allergy were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 400 children,the positive rate was 92.00%,and the total IgE positive rate was 87.50%.There were statistically significant differences in milk and egg allergy rates among infant group,young child group and preschool group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of desensitization therapy of parents in the high score group was signifiicantly higher than that in the low score group(P<0.001).Conclusions The common allergens of infant and toddler's food allergy in Yingde city are milk and eggs.Parents have less knowledge of food allergy,and medical staff should pay attention to relevant knowledge education.关键词
