Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on stress response and inflammatory response in patients with colon cancer after operation.Methods A total of 94 patients with colon cancer admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=47)and an observation group(n=47).The observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,the control group was given general anesthesia,and both groups were given laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.The perioperative indexes,stress response level,inflammatory response level,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in anesthesia induction time and operation time between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the two groups,the consciousness recovery time,extubation time,and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with before anesthesia,the stress level of both groups increased by 0.5 h after anesthesia and 2 h after anesthesia,but the increase rate of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with before anesthesia,the level of inflammation in both groups increased at 0.5 h and 2 h after anesthesia,but the increase in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can reduce postoperative stress and inflammation in patients with colon cancer,and patients can wake up faster after surgery,which is safe and effective.关键词
